When I first started training for Ironman 70.3 Augusta, I felt completely lost. I found a generic training plan, but after a month of following it, I still had no idea what I was doing.
That’s when a friend introduced me to Coach Stephen and TriDot—and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Stephen is incredibly knowledgeable about the sport and so patient in explaining things. He helped me understand how to use the TriDot platform and was always there to answer my questions. He’s played an essential role in my progress, and thanks to him, I now train with purpose and confidence.
One of the biggest lessons Stephen taught me was how to avoid overtraining. That’s something I really appreciate about TriDot: the workouts are designed to train smarter, not harder.
